The bay ionizers were replaced in production by an air knife. The diagnostic
command "cb # aknife on|off" has been added to control this air knife from the
monitor. The nvs parameter al ubi (use_bay_ionizer) has been replaced with
this parameter. (uba, use_bay_airknife).
If this parameter is set to 1 we turn on the bay air knife throughout the pick
sequence. If it is set to 0, then we don't ever turn on the bay air knife.
The bay air knife are used to remove the slip sheet from the plate.
This parameter should be set to 1 for all media except for the KODAK plate where
it can be set to 0.
